Repeal and effective date

(a) The following acts and laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith are repealed as of the effective date of this subchapter: (1) Acts 1947, No. 369; (2) Acts 1953, No. 254; (3) Acts 1953, No. 265; (4) Acts 1969, No. 303, § 17. (b) Any adoption or termination proceedings pending on the effective date of this subchapter are not affected thereby. Acts 1977, No. 735, § 22
