Adoption home studies affidavit

(a) Upon the request of any interested party, agency, or the court, the petitioner in any adoption proceeding shall file with the court an affidavit stating the number of adoption home studies conducted on the petitioner's home prior to the filing of the petition. (b) A copy of each adoption home study performed shall be attached to the affidavit. Acts 1993, No. 598, § 1
