The Arkansas Child Abuse/Rape/Domestic Violence Commission or its designee shall provide an annual report by October 1 of each year to the Chair of the Senate Interim Committee on Children and Youth and the Chair of the House Committee on Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs containing the following information: (1) The incidence of domestic violence in this state based on information obtained from shelters under this chapter; (2) A description of shelters that meet the requirements of and receive funding from the commission or its designee under this chapter; and (3) The number of persons assisted by the shelters that receive funding from the commission or its designee under this chapter.
