(a) Law enforcement officers and law enforcement agencies shall be immune from civil or criminal liability if acting in good faith in an effort to comply with this subchapter. (b) A military order of protection as defined under § 5-53-134(f)(1) shall be enforced by law enforcement of this state according to the provisions of this chapter.
