(a) (1) The Office of Child Support Enforcement of the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration shall provide individual reports to the county circuit clerk concerning money received by the office in payment of arrearages owed by a person convicted of nonsupport under § 5-26-401 . (2) The reports shall be provided each month. (b) Upon receipt of the reports from the office, the county circuit clerk shall deduct the amounts stated on the report from the outstanding balance in the circuit clerk's file of the amount of nonsupport restitution owed by the individual.
