Electronic uniform used tire manifest system

(a) The following entities shall use the electronic uniform used tire manifest system to accurately report all information related to the collection, transportation, distribution, and recycling or disposal of recyclable tires, waste tires, and used tires culled for resale: (1) Used tire programs; (2) Tire generators; (3) Tire collection centers; (4) Any person who: (A) Removes a tire from the used tire program after it is collected; or (B) Imports a tire under § 8-9-404(c) ; and (5) Commercial generators. (b) If any of the persons or entities listed in subsection (a) of this section cannot use the electronic uniform used tire manifest system, the person or entity may submit to the used tire program an equivalent paper version which shall be entered into the electronic uniform used tire manifest system.
