As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Board" means the Natural Resources Damages Advisory Board; (2) "Fund" means the Natural Resources Damages Trust Fund created by this chapter; and (3) "Natural resources" means land, fish, wildlife, biota, air, surface water, groundwater, drinking water supplies, and other such resources belonging to, managed by, held in trust by, appertaining to, or otherwise controlled by the State of Arkansas or local government.
