Upon conviction, any person who knowingly fails to comply with any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be fined an amount not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) or be imprisoned for not more than one (1) year, or both. Acts 1989, No. 261, § 3; 1989, No. 634, § 3.
