(a) A majority of the delegates shall constitute a quorum, and a majority of the total number of delegates shall be required for approval of any section to be included in a proposed constitution or part thereof or in a proposed constitutional amendment. (b) The constitutional convention shall elect its own officers and shall be sole judges of the qualifications and election of its own membership.
