(a) The basis for representation in any constitutional convention called as a result of an affirmative vote on the calling of a constitutional convention shall be as follows: One hundred (100) members shall be elected from the same districts and on the same basis as members of the House of Representatives of the General Assembly. (b) Vacancies in positions of delegates shall be filled by appointment by the convention from the same district in which the vacancy occurred. Acts 1968 (1st Ex.
