Spoiled ballots

Any voter who spoils his or her ballot or makes an error may return it to the election officials and mark another, not to exceed three (3) in all. Amended by Act 2015, No. 1218,§ 17, eff. 7/22/2015. Acts 1977, No. 77, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 3-1803; Acts 2005, No. 2233, § 41.
