Enforcement of election laws

(a) Following a written complaint concerning any election law violation or irregularity to the county board of election commissioners, the written complaint shall be sent by the county board of election commissioners to the State Board of Election Commissioners and the Election Integrity Unit for evaluation and investigation. (b) A complaint submitted under subsection (a) of this section shall be included by the unit in the Arkansas Election Integrity Database. Amended by Act 2023, No. 544,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2023.
