(a) Students receiving scholarships shall be known as "Arkansas Governor's Scholars". (b) Arkansas Governor's Scholarship recipients who exhibit extraordinary academic ability shall be known as "Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholars". Acts 1983 (Ex.
