The statute of limitations shall not run against notes made pursuant to this subchapter, nor shall the fact that the maker of the note may be a minor when the note is executed impair its validity. Acts 1925, No. 115, § 3; Pope's Dig., § 13176; Acts 1955, No. 226, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2832.
