Henderson State University - Community Education Center funding

Funds allocated by the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas State University system for the Community Education Center at Henderson State University shall be used exclusively for: (1) The operation and maintenance of the Community Education Center; and (2) To teach technical and industrial subjects to citizens and employers. Added by Act 2023, No. 435,§ 5, eff. 7/1/2023.
