(a) The Arkansas Center for Research, Education and Technical Extension, and Graduate Education shall include as component divisions the Graduate Institute of Technology, the Arkansas Economic Development Institute, and the Little Rock Graduate Center. (b) As the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas effects the reorganization and expansion of its programs of instruction, research, and educational services, it may include other functions deemed to be related to the purposes of the Arkansas Center for Research, Education and Technical Extension, and Graduate Education.
