Highly Qualified Professor and Teacher Act

(a) This section shall be known and may be cited as the "Highly Qualified Professor and Teacher Act". (b) A university professor or an assistant professor may receive a teaching license issued by the State Board of Education upon performing application requirements under § 6-17-401 et seq. (c) The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules to implement this section. Added by Act 2021, No. 657,§ 1, eff. 7/28/2021.
