Acceptance of conveyance - Administration

(a) Acceptance of the conveyance by the State of Arkansas shall be evidenced by proclamation of the Governor. (b) A copy of the proclamation certified by the Secretary of State shall be filed for record in the county or counties in which the real property is located. (c) Upon acceptance of the conveyance, administration of the property shall be through the governing board of the particular institution for whose benefit the conveyance shall have been made.
