Housing allowances

The board of trustees of each state-funded, four-year university may approve a housing allowance not to exceed one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) per month for the president or the chancellor of the university. The allowance shall be in lieu of any state-owned housing provided for the presidents and the chancellors. Acts 1999, No. 240, § 1; 2007, No. 1041, § 2.
