Annual transfer credit report

All public institutions of higher education and any participating private institutions of higher education shall file a report annually with the Division of Higher Education identifying the number of students who requested transfer credit for a completed course in the state minimum core curriculum but were not given credit. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1976, eff. 7/1/2019. Acts 2005, No. 672, § 3.
