(a) The Commissioner of the Division of Higher Education shall recommend to the Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board any additions or alterations to the common course numbering system. (b) The board, with input from the Presidents Council, shall consider the recommended additions and alterations to the common course numbering system. (c) The board may adopt or refuse to adopt suggested additions or alterations to the common course numbering system. Amended by Act 2023, No. 786,§ 22, eff. 4/12/2023.
