There is created the Arkansas Construction Industry Craft Training Program, which shall be incorporated into the curricula of existing state vocational schools, technical institutions, and two-year colleges. The program shall not cause the creation of any new schools or facilities solely to accommodate or fulfill the requirements of this chapter. Acts 1999, No. 474, § 3.
