(a) Recommendations of the Arkansas Apprenticeship Coordination Steering Committee submitted to the Office of Skills Development must be acted on and either accepted or rejected. (b) A recommendation which is rejected must be returned immediately to the committee, accompanied by written notice of the reasons for rejecting the recommendation.
