Eligibility for retirement systems

All employees of the Arkansas Rehabilitation Services as of July 1, 1993, shall be eligible for membership in the Arkansas Public Employees' Retirement System, Arkansas Teacher Retirement System, or alternate retirement systems. Any such employee who desires to change retirement systems must do so within ninety (90) calendar days after July 1, 1993. Acts 1993, No. 574, § 7.
