(a) In consultation with the State Board of Private Career Education, the Division of Higher Education shall set fees for schools and admissions representatives. (b) The fees collected under this subchapter, except fees collected for the Private Career School Student Protection Trust Fund, shall be deposited into the State Treasury as special revenues credited to the Private Career Education Fund. (c) A license fee shall not be refunded in the event of a school or an admissions representative's license suspension, revocation, denial, or request for withdrawal of an application by a school.
