(a) The management, maintenance, and operation of a center shall be the responsibility of the local school or institution approved by the Career Education and Workforce Development Board to be the center. (b) A center shall be administered in accordance with the guidelines and policies established by the board. (c) A center physically detached from a local public school district or state-supported institution of higher education may use vocational center aid funding from the Division of Career and Technical Education Public School Fund Account for the management, maintenance, and operation of the center.
