(a) No later than January 31, 2024, the Department of Education, in partnership with the Department of Commerce and the Division of Workforce Services, shall develop, publish, and maintain a strategic workforce dashboard and related resources that will provide, at a minimum, information to job seekers on: (1) State and regional labor market conditions; (2) Supply and demand of workers; (3) Workforce program outcomes; and (4) Projected employment growth and declines. (b) (1) No later than January 2025, the Department of Education, in partnership with the Department of Commerce and the Division of Workforce Services, shall develop a single mobile-phone-friendly application for the state that enables every job seeker to view the following without limitation: (A) Available jobs in the job seeker's region; (B) Training required for all available jobs; and (C) Where job seekers can obtain required training or certifications that job seekers may not yet have. (2) The application under this subsection may also include the information reported under § 6-60-105 . Added by Act 2023, No. 237,§ 53, eff. 3/8/2023.
