Administration in two-year colleges

(a) The Division of Higher Education shall oversee and coordinate the implementation of distance learning in two-year colleges, four-year institutions of higher education, and universities in the state. (b) The Division of Career and Technical Education shall cooperate with the Division of Higher Education in implementing the provisions of this section.
