Performance of duties by employees

(a) The teachers, officers, and employees shall perform such other duties as the Superintendent of the Arkansas School for the Blind may direct, and when their services are not needed, they shall be discharged. (b) However, if the teachers, officers, and employees are unjustly discharged, they shall be entitled to a fair and impartial hearing before the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas School for the Blind and the Arkansas School for the Deaf.
