As used in this subchapter: (1) "Compliance citation" means a citation issued by the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education that documents a school's failure to comply with state education laws; and (2) "Individualized education program" means the evaluation of the educational needs of a child with disabilities conducted pursuant to § 6-41-217 .
