Under the compact established under this subchapter and using the definitions in the compact: (1) The minimum fee for a member state is two thousand dollars ($2,000); (2) The maximum fee for each member state is two dollars ($2.00) per student who is a child of an active duty military family; and (3) The fees paid or owed shall not exceed the amount appropriated for the payment of fees under this compact for each fiscal year by the General Assembly.
