The authorizer shall report to the General Assembly each biennium and to the House Committee on Education and the Senate Committee on Education during the interim between regular sessions of the General Assembly: (1) The status of the open-enrollment public charter school programs; and (2) A summary of the authorizing activities in the preceding year, including without limitation the number and type of charters approved, denied, and amended.
