Rules - Access to information on legislation

(a) The State Board of Education shall have the authority, acting pursuant to its rulemaking powers, to adopt rules for the implementation of the provisions of this subchapter. (b) The state board shall provide access to legislation of the General Assembly concerning public school funding by the following methods: (1) Including a link to the information on the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education website; and (2) Requiring the superintendent of each public school district in the state to provide each member of the public school district's board of directors with: (A) Information containing the website address where the member can access the specific legislation; or (B) Upon request, a printed copy of the legislation.
