Public School Fund - Sources and purpose

(a) The annual interest and income derived from the Public School Fund, the annual revenue of the state that is set apart by law for general purposes, and all other revenue and funds that may come into the State Treasury for such purposes shall constitute the Public School Fund of the state. (b) Each year the Public School Fund shall be apportioned for the support of public schools as provided by law.
