The average amount of all educational scholarships awarded by a scholarship-granting organization to qualified students under this subchapter shall not exceed: (1) Eighty percent (80%) of the previous school year's foundation funding amount under § 6-20-2305(a)(2) for qualified students who are in kindergarten through grade eight (K-8); and (2) Ninety percent (90%) of the previous school year's foundation funding amount under § 6-20-2305(a)(2) for qualified students who are in grades nine through twelve (9-12).
