(a) Failure by a district school to comply with the provisions of this subchapter shall result in a ban on all fund-raising activities by the school for one (1) school year. (b) Failure by a fund-raising company to comply with the provisions of this subchapter shall result in a ban on conducting fund-raising programs with the participating schools for one (1) school year. Acts 1993, No. 525, § 5.
