Elective credit

(a) A public high school shall award one (1) unit of credit as an elective for successfully completing a postsecondary preparatory program under this subchapter. (b) The unit of credit awarded under this section does not count toward the minimum number of credits required by law for high school graduation. Acts 2011, No. 879, § 2.
