Construction with other state law

To the extent that the provisions of this subchapter or the terms of an approved Rewarding Excellence in Achievement plan directly conflict with any provision of § 6-17-201 et seq. or the provisions of any other state law relating to the compensation of public school teachers, the provisions of this subchapter and the approved Rewarding Excellence in Achievement plan shall control.
