(a) If the election of any member of a school district board of directors is contested, it shall be before the circuit court of the county in which the school district is domiciled. (b) All actions to contest the election shall be commenced within twenty (20) days after the date the election is certified. (c) Actions to contest the election of school district officers shall follow the procedures set out in § 7-5-801 et seq.
