(a) The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education may develop sample guidelines to assist local boards of directors in the development of their policies. (b) The division may provide professional development activities to assist schools in implementing site-based decision making. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1166, eff. 7/1/2019.
