Legislative intent

It is the intention of the General Assembly through this subchapter to: (1) Stimulate local innovation and creativity in restructuring Arkansas public schools; (2) Facilitate the empowerment of educators and other persons at the local building site level to identify the needs of their particular students; and (3) Implement methods of satisfying those needs. Acts 1995, No. 1125, § 1.
