Pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter, one (1) or more school districts may by a majority vote of their respective boards of directors agree to create a model rural early childhood consortium for the purposes set forth in § 6-13-1101 . Acts 1989, No. 886, § 2; 1995, No. 830, § 2.
