(a) (1) Personnel of education service cooperatives shall be employed in accordance with laws, rules, and procedures applicable to the school districts of this state. (2) In lieu of a salary schedule, an education service cooperative annually may submit to the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education a complete listing of all employees of the education service cooperative and each employee's position, salary, and benefits. (b) License requirements shall be the same as those expected of persons holding similar positions in local school districts. (c) Termination or contract nonrenewal of education service cooperative personnel shall be as provided by law for the school district personnel. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 194, eff. 7/24/2019.
