(a) The State Board of Education shall prescribe a uniform system of records to be kept by the school directors, principals, and teachers of schools. (b) All the school officials and employees listed in subsection (a) of this section shall make reports to the Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education as may be designated by the state board.
