Instructor review of applications

(a) An instructor authorized to conduct a training course required by this subchapter shall check the application of a student for completeness, accuracy, and legibility. (b) An instructor who repeatedly fails to comply with subsection (a) of this section may have his or her license to conduct a training course revoked. Acts 1997, No. 1239, § 7.
