Obstructing natural drains

(a) It is unlawful for any person to obstruct in any manner any natural drain in this state. (b) Any person that obstructs in violation of subsection (a) of this section any natural drain is guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). (c) This section does not apply to the following counties: (1) Craighead County; (2) Lee County; (3) Phillips County; and (4) Woodruff County. Acts 1909, No. 296, §§ 1, 2, p. 897; C. & M.
