Unaffected lawful uses of weapons

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit the training or teaching of the use of a weapon for: (1) A law enforcement purpose; (2) Hunting; (3) Recreation; (4) Competition; or (5) Any other lawful use or activity. Acts 1985, No. 903, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-2928.
