As used in this subchapter: (1) "Civil disorder" means any public disturbance involving an act of violence by an assemblage of three (3) or more persons that causes an immediate danger of or results in damage or injury to the property or person of any other individual; (2) "Explosive or incendiary device" includes: (A) Dynamite and any other form of a high explosive; (B) Any explosive bomb, grenade, missile, or similar device; (C) An explosive material, meaning: (i) An explosive; (ii) A blasting agent; and (iii) A detonator; and (D) Any incendiary bomb or grenade, fire bomb, or similar device, and including any device that consists of or includes a breakable container containing a flammable liquid or compound and a wick composed of any material that when ignited is capable of igniting the flammable liquid or compound, and can be carried or thrown by one (1) individual acting alone; and (3) "Firearm" means the same as defined in § 5-1-102 .
