(a) (1) It is unlawful for any group composed of two (2) or more persons to act jointly with one another or attempt any action in conjunction with one another at a public, private, or parochial school or college of this state, to: (A) Obstruct or bar any hallway or door of any campus building or facility; (B) Seize control of a campus building or facility; (C) Prevent the meeting of or cause the disruption of any class; or (D) Erect any type of barricade aimed at obstructing the orderly passage of a person or vehicle onto or off of a campus ground. (2) However, nothing stated in this section applies to an activity of any labor organization or teachers' organization.
