(a) As used in this section, "methamphetamine-contaminated motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle that has been forfeited under § 5-64-505 in which methamphetamine was manufactured as determined by a law enforcement agency or a prosecuting attorney who has possession of the motor vehicle. (b) A law enforcement agency or a prosecuting attorney who has possession of a methamphetamine-contaminated motor vehicle shall destroy or sell for scrap metal the methamphetamine-contaminated motor vehicle.
